Bamboo is a fast-growing grass, that is CO2 neutral throughout its cycle. It grows faster than any other plant, thereby contributing to a reduction in the CO2 load.
When its time to get a new one, simply compost or use it as a firestarter, just remove the brushes or the whole head first, sort the head in everyday waste.
